I may be able to get access to the internet from my new apartment faster than I expected (or I might not, depending on whether or not the phone company actually connects my line when they say they will, and can in fact provide internet service). But the ability to do more than write in this blog during my lunch break is still about a week away.



On the other hand, it's not *a month and a half* away.



As my deadlines for licensed releases approach, and I noticed last time I was able to check megaupload (granted, a while ago - no internet access where i have the plug-in) that no one is downloading my files anyway, I have made a philosophical judgement call with regard to free distribution of information (blah, blah, blah)... I'm not taking down the files (I mean, if someone from Geneon asks me to, of course I'll remove them, but aside from that I think everyone has a right to preview a series before buying it... by which I mean, if you like it -- and you should -- BUY THE DVD. You know you want it. I know I do.)



So, yes, I'm not going to autodelete them, and when the series is done I'll upload a batch torrent to somewhere, but I will include a short message at the top of the project page and in the torrent about the virtues of buying legal DVDs. A short one, not too preachy. And if I do receive an offical request, as always, I will pout and stop distribution because I'm very rule abiding.
