Relocation Proceeds A-pace
I now live in a different place, and am attempting to settle in.  This is not made easier by the fact that I won't be able to afford to connect my internet until next month.  I know, poor me can only have the internet time she can fit into her lunch break at her new job.  It's not that bad.  Once I have done such things as put away my clothes and dishes, I can still pursue those parts of subtitling that do not involve an actual connection to the internet.  This does mean that I will not have episodes 3 and 4 of Shounen Onmyouji uploaded before the end of the month.  I have to check my timeline, and if necessary find an alternate means to get them to the megaupload site.

Which is not to say I'm finished with them.  My current schedule allows me, on weekdays, between 4 and 5 hours when I am not commuting, working, or supposed to be sleeping.  I have to fit all of my fun, cleaning, and dinner (prep and eating) into that time if I expect to get 5-6 hours of sleep.  Which, of course, I'm not getting.  We'll have to see what weekends look like.

In housing news, my cute little apartment has been given the name Fuji no Yashiki.  No, for once this is not a Prince of Tennis reference.  This translates to "The Wisteria Residence".  Of my two favorite flowers, this is the one that does not immediately make me think of Seishirou.  I prefer a nice, safe environment in my home.  More along the lines of Kinomoto Fujitaka, if we're bringing up CLAMP characters... but believe it or not, I do like the flower for reasons other than it being the first kanji in Sakura's father's given name.  It's pretty.  And purple.

Next time, I hope to bring you an actual production-related update rather than one on why I'm not producing anything.  I'm sure you'd rather hear about Abe no Masahiro's life than mine.

Your humble proprietor,

Skinner
