I'm a bit over halfway done with Episode 3, and Yukinari's speaking habits are about to make my ears explode so I'll continue later. I've also been working on amassing resources on the actual practice of Onmyoujutsu, since unlike when I translated the Tokyo Babylon manga I don't have kanji. I'm working on translating the Japanese Wikipedia article on Onmyoudou (different word, similar concept, will discuss later), which I will be adding to the new "Distractions and Research" section. It's slow translating, since it's scholarly language and the sentences are about ten times as long as the average sentence in my reading material to date -- it's almost like I'm back in French class where sentences could be half a page long (or four pages, if you're reading Victor Hugo). I think French is better built for long sentences, but that could just be because I was actually fluent in French.

Now for some decompression... stupid Yukinari and his fifteen-syllable verb endings...
