Here you will find simple but effective, unpatented remedies, frequently used at home for food or as other articles common in daily life, widely recognized to have healing, cosmetic or highly nutritive properties. This page will be updated frequently.

Most foods have natural healing properties. In this chapter we will look at nearly 100 foods and how can they help to keep us healthy, increasing them in number from time to time, so, be aware.

From "Show me what a man eats and I will tell you his disease" we have jumped to a higher step since then: "Show me what a man eats, and I will tell you how healthy he is".

We are not yet able to promise that eating certain foods will guarantee optimal health, but a tremendous amount of scientific research has shown that healthful eating strengthens the immune system, lower the risk of killer diseases such as cancer and heart disease, and helps to keep us energetic and healthy throughout a long life.

ALFALFA SPROUTS
