Personality: He is always trying to help others. He can't say no to someone asking help. Aside from his caring personality, he also is quite protective of Emporer Rudolf.
History: Rosso's partner is Viola, of whom he's been with for a long time. He is mostly in CC, but does pop up in GF every now and then. He watches over Rudolf, who is like a son to him. Although in the beginning of CC, he works for Prozen, he turns out not to be that bad of a guy.
