Personality: He is usually quick to act in most situations. Unlike Major Shubaltz, he cares more about getting a promotion, then the lives of his own troops.
History: He is only in CC. Although, they do show him a lot in the beginning. Karl Shubaltz is his superior officer. Marcus often does not listen to the orders he is given, and goes behind Major Shubaltz's back, taking orders from Prozen, rather then him.
