Personality: Calm, quiet. He is not very outspoken. Will obey orders from a higher-ranking officer, no matter what. Even if he doesn't agree with it.
History: He has been in the Imperial Army for a long while. He has always been better then his little brother, Thomas, at virtually everything, but working with machines. He doesn't get along very well with Prozen, and often insults him behind his back. He is always able to remain calm in sticky situations, as he has demonstrated all throughout the series. He appears mostly in Chaotic Century.
