CITRUS VALLEY PAGEANT
The purpose of the Citrus Valley Pageant is to provide to the titlists the opportunity to compete in one of the Major State pageants, including California USA..  Responsibilities associated with winning the Teen or Miss titles are minimal, however; an effort to promote the pageant is essential. The possible requirement of participating in citrus related events may exist, subject to the discretion of the directors.  Specialized training for the pageant of choice will be provided to both the Teen & Miss title winners upon request.

THE DIRECTORS
The producers/directors of the pageant are Cyndi Peterson of Riverside County and Kris Watson of San Bernardino County.  There is over 40 years of pageant experience between them and both are highly qualified and respected within the pageant industry.  Their experience covers all phases of competition which includes production, interview training and on stage presentation.  Between them they have served as judges, tabulators and emcees as well as parents of titleholders and titleholders themselves.  Each has an affiliation with either Epic or IPA Pageant Association, which require their members to sign a Code of Ethics.  Both directors have sent Queens on to compete in Major State Pageants and Internationally where they have brought home the main title, the congeniality title or other awards.  Each director has received recognition for their involvement in the pageant industry from either their city, the International Pageant Association (IPA) or Pageantry Magazine
.
INTERNATIONAL PAGEANT CONNECTION
Should an opportunity arise, Citrus Valley Queens and possibly contestants if they meet certain requirements may become eligible to be selected for competing in International Pageants.
