About me
My name is Phoebe Louella Libayao - Bibawi, born in Impasugong, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Conrado D. Libayao, Sr. I finished my Elementary and High School in Impasugong. I left Impasugong in 1984 to pursue my college in Tagbilaran, Bohol until I graduated my degree in Bachelor in Elementary Education. Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to use my skills as a teacher supposedly. I left Philippines in 1991 to work overseas (in Bahrain) until I met my husband. We moved to Sydney, Australia in 1995, got married in 1996 in Australia and in the Philippines. My husband is a Greek Egyptian born and we are blessed with a healthy boy named Ian (we call him Yannis in Greek). We are currently residing in Queensland, Australia.
I would like to express this opportunity to thank to those who helped me to create the Impasugong homepage especially to the Honorable Mayor Mario Okinlay, with his seal of approval for allowing me to introduce Impasugong to the World Wide Web. I would like to thank also my brother Kim Libayao for his help to collect this informations and for the beautiful pictures, and sent to me in Australia. Without this help I could never done this web page to put Impasugong known throughout the world.
