WHY IS IT ALMOST SEPTEMBER?!?!?!?

lordy, the summer went by just too quickly. and i'm getting dangerously close to my deadline for not only having all the submissions read, but responded to as well.  the big 3-0-0 looms in the horizon, which isn't so bad seeing as how nearly 240 submissions have already been read and responded to.  deadlines (especially those that i set for myself) just make me dreadfully nervous and i'm extremely aware of how much time i don't have left to get this festival going. by the end of next week, i want to put up a newer version of the website as well as start my production crew search (me and every other theater group in the city: ha!).  and i'll still have all the rest of the submissions to read (or rather beg some of the festival readers read faster or read more!).

ah, summer's gone and the submissions are calling ... sigh ...
