Inheritance
1)The debts & funeral expenses of the deceased should be first deducted then the shares should be calculated.
2)If the deceased is a non muslim,then it is forbidden for a muslim to take any share.
3)If any heir(s) is a non muslim,then the calculation of shares is done by considering that non muslim heir(s) as non existant.
