13th-14th February: Fersen comes back to see Marie Antoinette for the last time at the Tuileries. 20th February: Marie Antoinette goes for the last time to the teathre. 1st March: death of the Emperor Leopold II; the new Emperor of Austria becomes his son, Francis I. 29th March: death of King Gustav of Sweden. April: France declares war on Austria. 20th June: the Tuileries are toke by storm. 25th July: Publication of the Brunswick Manifesto in Paris. 10th August: The Tuileries palace stormed anew. Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette seek refuge in the reporter's box of the Assembly, their guards are massacred and royal authority suspended. 13th August: The Royal family is moved to the Temple . 3th September: The Princess de Savoia-Carignano Marie Therese de Lamballe is guillotined. 21th September: proclamation of Repubblic. 11th December: Louis XVI placed on trial. |

is guillotined. 10th March: Marie Antoinette tries to escape from prison, helped by Toulan and Jarjayes. 3rd July: The Dauphin is taken away from his mother Marie Antoinette. 1st August: the " Autrichienne " is moved to solitary confinement in the Conciergerie prison. 12th October: first interrogatory of Marie Antoinette. 14th October: Marie Antoinette is placed on trial before the revolutionary tribunal. 16th October, 12.15 p.m.: Marie Antoinette is guillotined. |
