What I am feeling today:

Life

Jump in joy,
Cry about,
Flip a coin,
Shout out loud.

Walk in the rainforest,
Tend to the plants,
Weep in sorrow,
Dance and thrive.

From the hilltop,
View the sunrise,
Ride a horse,
Herd the sheep.

On the plains,
Back in the moonlight,
Feel the wind,
Play a flute.

Feel the energy and vibrations this world emanates,
Let your emotions flow freely,
Be as a bird free in the sky,
Feel the freedom of life.
