| Talk of a grey race, and world wide unity comes up constantly in conversation. Discussion of how wonderful the world would be if all races were mixed and all people were the same. The argument that political illnesses such as racism and prejudice would subside,and a sense of global acceptance would then prevail, causing a strength among men, and a peace the world has never known, seems to be the the ideal behind this beleif system. As interesting as this seems,the true symptoms of human political illness are cause sorely by the nature of the human being itself,and not by the differences in skin color or heritage. Religeons have distorted our understandng of what it means to be PROUD of our heritage and have encouraged all of us to keeping our pride,our lives- to ourselves. The world would, in fact, become exactly the same as it was previous to a blending of all colors and the biases and political illnesses would then be based on differences in personality and our expressions of our desires and interests, or other such completely individual factors. Thus causing the research and investigation of creating a universal THOUGHT process. This would not only be a horrific disaster but a blow to freedom of thought, and an emotional trauma and set back felt world wide. In order to releive the world of prejudice and racism, rather than encourage a blending of all racial creeds,colors and bloods, we should instead teach the right of pride of being and celebrate the differences that have given us so many different eye colors, hair colors,skin tones and backrounds, and made the worlds people such beautiful creatures to observe. |
