"Alright guys," Billy began as he put his key in the door to unlock it, "sorry if the place is messy. We just moved in a few weeks ago, so not everything is in place."

"That's okay, Billy boy!" Kaylei said.

Everyone entered the house and Billy offered them a seat in the living room. He threw the remote to Brianna. "Find something interesting if ya want. I'll be right back." he informed, walking down the hall. "Oh yeah, does anyone want a grand tour of the house?"

"I do!" Brianna said, tossing the remote onto Joel's lap and following Billy down the hallway. Benji, Joel and Kaylei could all hear Brianna making fake 'ooo' and 'ahh' sounds as they made their way through the rooms, Billy telling what each one was as they went.

Brianna followed Billy into his room, which was one of the only rooms done being completely decorated, besides the bathroom. "Dude, this is really cool." she complimented.

"Thanks." Billy replied, setting his key on the little table next to his bed. The room was fairly small, but neatly kept. On the wall across from his bed, was a window, with a bookcase on one side. On the middle shelf of this bookcase was a stereo. Its speakers were on the very top shelf and little knick knacks sat on the other shelves. On the other side of the window was a dresser. On top of that was a small trophy.

"What's that for?" Brianna asked, pointing to the trophy.

"Oh that. At my middle school, some friends and me had a little band and we got first place in the talent show. It's kind of corny, but whatever. It's cool."

Brianna looked at Billy. "You were in a band?"

"Yeah." Billy responded, motioning to a corner behind Brianna. She turned around, and next to a small desk was a guitar sitting in a stand.

"That's really cool!" Brianna said amazed.

Billy smiled and laughed a bit. He jumped when an unexpected voice was heard behind him. "What are you two doing? You've been in here a long time! Were you messing around?! Ooooh, I'm telling!" Kaylei announced. She ran down the hallway screaming, "Joooooooel!! You're girlfriend is in the room with Billy! Aloooooooone!!" Kaylei ran back to the room and stood in the doorway. "You're in trouble now, Anna!"

"Whatever. Dude, Lei! Did you know that Billy was in a band at his old school?" Brianna asked, ignoring Kaylei's obnoxious tattling.

"Nope." Kaylei stated. Benji and Joel walked in the room to see what all the commotion was.

"You guys can have a seat on the bed or something if you want." Billy offered. Kaylei and Benji sat on the bed, while Billy, Joel and Brianna opted for the floor. Joel and Benji looked around at their new surroundings.

"You play guitar?" Benji asked, noticing the instrument in the corner.

Billy nodded. "Yeah. I had a band with my friends."

"That's awesome. Can I play it? I have wicked mad guitar skills!" Benji said. Kaylei and Brianna laughed at Benji's use of the word wicked.

"Dude, you can't play guitar." Joel reminded him.

"Oh yeah?! So, can I play it Billy?"

"Yeah." Billy said.

Benji walked over and took the guitar from it's stand. "See look, I made up some chords!" He played what he thought were the chords he made up.

Billy laughed at him. "Those are already chords, dude. You didn't make them up."

"Oh." Benji looked somewhat disappointed. "But I told you Joel, I can too play!"

Billy and Benji went off in their own conversation about bands and playing guitar, leaving the rest to converse with each other. They did this for quite some time, until Joel mentioned to Benji that school was out, they were expected home soon and they still had to take Brianna and Kaylei home also.

As they were walking out the door, Billy and Benji were still talking. "Yeah, so you'll have to come over again and jam." Billy concluded.

"Yeah!" Benji said enthusiastically, "that sounds cool! See ya, dude." He walked out to the car with his arm around Kaylei's waist.

"Bye." Billy waved and closed the door.
