| Q: When do I need to pay for the sitting? A: The sitting fee is due in full the day of your sitting. Q: How much does it cost if we want to keep our preview catalog? A: NOTHING! If you place your order within one month, your $100 deposit can be used toward your order! Q: Where are the outdoor pictures taken? A: We usually go to the upper park at Palmer Park. If there is somewhere else you want to go (Grandma's farm, Kiwanis Pond, your backyard), we can do that. Just let us know when you schedule your appointment so we can schedule extra travel time if we need to. Q: Do we need an appointment to order our package? A: No, just come in anytime we are open. We will be happy to assist you. Q: How much do I need to pay when I place my order? A: We need at least 1/2 down to place your order, and the balance is due when you pick up your finished portraits. Q: How long does it take to get my pictures? A: Your preview catalog is usually ready the NEXT DAY! The finished prints take 6-8 weeks from the time you place your order. Q: Is touch-up included? A: Yes, all regular touch-ups are included. That means acne, shine on skin, and undereye circles are all removed automatically. Scars, moles, or birthmarks can be removed at no charge if requested. Stray hairs, braces, or wrinkles in clothing can be removed for an extra fee. Q: Package #1 comes with four poses, so can I do 25 wallets of each pose? A: No. Wallets can only be split 50/50, except for a la carte. Q: Can I add more poses to the package I want? A: Yes, you may add more poses for $12 per pose. Just remember that wallets can only be split 50/50. Q: I want to get Package #3, but do the 4x5's need to all be the same pose? A: No, you can break up your 4x5's, 5x7's and 8x10's however you wish. Q: Can I get my pictures in black & white? A: Yes, they are the Classic finish charge. If you want them to have a Classic finish, just add the difference. Any of your previews that are in color can be converted into black & white or sepia tone, and any that are in black and white can be printed in full color. |
