Without doubt quality is the main factor that influences the economical development, however its achievement requires of going further applying the Eight Quality Management principles, which the one of Mutual Benefit establishes the framework that all efforts for quality may have of focusing in the final customer satisfaction as well as in the internal customer and other interested parties satisfaction as employees, vendors, government and society.

This occasion in which the XXX National Quality Control Congress and the 21^st National Quality Circles Convention take place jointly with the 15^th Latin American Quality Congress, the 12^th Mexico Asia Pacific Total Quality Seminar, the 11^th IMECCA’s International ISO 9000 Forum and the 4^th International ISO 14000 Forum, there will be participants not only from Latin America but also from the Asia Pacific Region and from Europe.
