Network Admins don�t call other people of lesser skills and ask for help because there computer that has only one other computer hooked up to a router can�t connect to the internet through there simple dynamic cable connection and say � Your cable is down, I can�t connect to the internet and its not my router� without knowing a few simple steps.

My employer pays me to fix there cable connections and help there customers, I am not going to fix your router. You went out and bought it, paid someone else to install it and when it doesn�t work you want me to fix it for free. Lady! I didnt sell you the piece of crap router, my company didn�t make any money on the sale and your hooking up multiple computers to one cable connection to rip us off.
To anyone reading this, here�s the funny thing so you can laugh at Sandy W. once her router was taken off and modem hook directly to her computer the internet connection was back and she could browse�what what WHAT!!!!! she still says it my fault the router isn�t working!
