Chapter Thirteen
AZAAN AND Eqamat
Azaan and Eqamat are "Preferable" only for the five canonical prayers. In other prayers, whether they are mandatory or non-mandatory, Azaan and Eqamat are not allowed. In Azaan and Eqamat, one must take the following into account :
1. Niyyat [Intent] One must make the Niyyat for being near to Allah before saying azaan or Eqamat. Without such Niyyat there will be no merit for the person saying azaan or Eqamat.
2. Sanity azaan and Eqamat called by a person who is insane, are not valid
3. Adulthood azaan and Eqamat called by a minor are not considered enough.
4. Gender A woman may call azaan and Eqamat for other women but not for men as it is not valid.
5. Right Order One must call azaan first and then Eqamat.
6. Mawalaat Between azaan, Eqamat and salaat [Namaz] there should not be any long intervals. Each of these must be said in succession without undue interruption otherwise azaan and Eqamat will not be valid.
7. Arabic One must not call azaan and Eqamat in any language other than correct Arabic.
8. Timing A salaat offered before its time, is invalid. But one may say a missed prayer as there is no time fixed for it.
                  Note :

If a man forgets to say azaan and Eqamat and starts the salaat , he may break the salaat before his bowing. He should start the salaat afresh after reciting azaan and Eqamat. But if one has forgotten to call the Eqamat only , he cannot break the prayer if he has recited the Sura-e-Alhamd , but he can break the salaat before reciting this Sura. If a man forgets to call the azaan only , then it is not necessary to break the salaat. If a man has intentionally missed either azaan or Eqama, then it is unlawful to break the salaat.

Chapter Fourteen

THE PLACE OF WORSHIP

On the Day of Judgment, the mosque will complain about those people who offered salaat but not in the MOSQUE.

The place means the spot where one stands to say prayers. The place where one performs SAJDA should be cleanFollowing are some other requirements for The Place of Worship.
1. Mubaah : If the place of worship belongs to someone else, one must obtain permission from its owner to say prayers, otherwise the prayers will be void. In a mosque, if someone has occupied a spot, no one can remove him from there. If someone tries to do so, salaat will be void.
2. In praying , one must not stand in front of the grave of any Masoom because such an action shows lack of respect with Allaah. One may stand behind the grave or parallel to it. One may however, stands in front of such a grave if there is considerable distance, or if there is something like a wall in between.
3 The place where one stands to say prayer, must be stationary stable. salaat in a moving train or plane is not right, unless it is likely that one will miss it.
4. There is no fixed place for salaat. But it is better to say salaat in  Mosque than elsewhere. It is even better if salaat is offered in Jamaa-at.
