Log for August 2006!
* Strip blue paint from cockpit and coachroof sides
Most of August spent in Ireland - celebrating my 50th birthday!
Fun and games galore as we missed the blasted flight from Stansted due to the A14 being dug up!
The next flight was full! Argh! However, we were advised to go on the standby list in case someeone didn't turn up.
* Stain and varnish as required
* Strip paint and stain/varnish fore hatch
* Replace running rigging
* Thorough clean inside
* Re-wire dodgy electric wiring!
No problem we thought! We can get on the next flight -can't we? What could possibly go wrong?!
Did get to meet Frank Bruno though!
