| Everything I need to know, i learned ffrom mine and others driving experiences (mostly mine) |
| 1. Do not assume that everything in the road is a leaf. There is a great joy that comes from running over leafs...but the same joy does not come from running over a turtle 2. If there is a possum in the road, do not swerve if there is a car on the other side of that same road. 3. Do, however, swerve if there is a huge branch in the road and no other cars on the other. That can do great damage to your car. 4. When approaching a fork in the road, driving rules still apply. Yes, that means look both left and right when turning left.....not just right. 5. When approaching a blind spot while turning left, the key would be to clear that blind spot before turning left. 6. Its great to look at scenery along the roads as long as your not driving. The car in front of you could stop suddenly. 7. Do not always assume that there is open road in front of you. Sometimes meidans and tress just pop up from no where. 8. Someone once told me that the stop signs with white lines are optional. So i think to myself....wait a second....all stop signs have white lines. Does this mean they are all optional? 9. (in refrence to #8) especially not when cops are on the other side of the intersection. ahem....jaspin! 10. When taking the key out of the ignition turn to the left!! 11. Parking breaks are for parking, not driving. |
