| The main change in this release is that the program is now being develped to run on Pocket PC devices. Operation remains the same in most aspects but there are several areas to tidy up with regard to screen layouts and so on. You might want to keep track of such anomilies and if not fixed in the next general release drop us a line in case it's been overlooked. Installing program upgrades - procedure simplified. There are two ways to upgrade the program. One way is via a new CD and simply inserting it and choosing the program will update it. The other is via the web site or via an email. This file is normally called UPGRADE.ZIP. This file must be downloaded into the FarmHand folder for it to take effect. Whichever way you update, any new programs will be installed in the correct folders and those destined for the handheld will now be automatically set up for hotsynching. If you are using a Palm device, use your Palm Installer tool to locate and install the new program. If you are using a Pocket PC device use the screen link in the previous screen for installation instructions. Other fixes include...
