Christina walked into the studio, feeling great.
When she had got home, she had showered, picked out the perfect outfit and even managed to make her boring straight hair look more presentable.
"Hey Sugar!" Christina looked up and saw Justin wave to her.
"Hey Christina!" Britney squealed as she bounced over. "Isn�t this exciting!" Christina laughed at the bounciness and before she could reply, someone quieted everyone down.
"Hi! I'm going to be telling you what to do right now." He looked at his clipboard. "First off we need these people to go to hair and make-up..."he called some names out including Christina's and Britney's.
As they made their way to the hair and make-up room, Britney grabbed Christina's hand a squealed again.
As they walked into the room, someone directed them to chairs side by side, in which they sat down and grinned excitedly at each other.
Christina looked at the other girls in the room. One, Christina had never seen before, who had long brown hair was talking with Jennifer, who had been on the show since the beginning. The third was Ilana, who had been on since season three.
Christina turned in her chair as the stylists came in. One stood behind Christina, studying clipboard.
"Christina," She read. "They want your hair real bouncy and curly."
"Who's they?" Christina wondered.
The stylist pulled Christina's chair around. "Just they." She replied, mysteriously. Christina laughed. They chatted away happily as Stephanie,(her stylist) set her hair up in curlers.
"Okay," Stephanie said. "These have to stay in for awhile."
"How long is awhile?" Christina said, wrinkling her nose as she looked in the mirror. She looked like her grandma in the morning.
Stephanie laughed at her expression. "I know they aren't exactly glamorous but they will be. I'll take them out right before you go on." Christina frowned.
"Don't worry. You'll get used to them. Now for make-up." She directed her to another chair across the room.
As Christina sat down a make-up stylist came up. "Hey Christina, I`m Gwen. I'll be doing you're make-up from now on."
Christina smiled back and took a deep breath. She was getting a little nervous. Gwen quickly finished her make-up. Christina gazed into the mirror. Gwen had used the make-up to bring out her best features.
"Okay hun, you`re done with make-up, but those curlers aren't ready yet so you can go back to your friends like that." Christina sighed. She had been hoping she could take them out right then, She reluctantly got up and went back into the room where everyone was.
Christina saw Ryan and Justin towards the middle of the room.
When Christina sat down beside them, they looked up. Ryan burst out laughing as Justin raised his eyebrows. Christina glared at them and then smiled.
"There's a price to pay for beauty." She laughed.
Just then Britney came out of hair and make-up looking around for Christina. When she spotted her she ran over.
"You look great Brit!" Christina exclaimed.
"I agree." Britney laughed.Then she noticed Justin and Ryan. "Hi!" She said,turning on the charm.
"Britney, this Justin and Ryan. Boys, meet Britney." Christina introduced them all.
"Hey." They all greeted each other.
"Are you from the south,Britney?" Justin smiled at her.
"Yeah! I`m from Kentwood,Lousiana. How did you guess?" Britney asked.
"I can tell from your accent. I'm from Tennessee." He explained. They started chatting about their hometowns. Christina couldn't help but feel a little left out. And Ryan seemed to notice.
"Where are you from, Chris?" he asked her.
Christina smiled. "I'm from Pennsylvania."
Just then someone came to handout scripts for the day, then directed them to the rehearsal room. As they walked past hair and make-up, Stephanie stopped Christina.
"Hey honey. Let me take those down for you." Christina followed her into the room and sat down. Stephanie turned the chair to face her, then pulled the curlers out one by one. As she did Christina felt her hair spring up around her face but she was no longer facing the mirror so she had no idea what she looked like yet. When Stephanie was finished she put some hair products in it and used a pick to make it perfect.
"Well Christina?" Stephanie turned the seat around to face the mirror. Christina's face broke into a smile, her usually straight, somewhat scraggly hair was framed around her face with a million curls.
"There you go then." Stephanie said.
Christina excitedly ran out of the room and down the hall to the rehearsal area. Everyone was around the room, practicing or reading their scripts. Justin, Britney, and Ryan were towards the back, looking over the scripts.
Christina ran up to them. "Hey guys!" Britney squealed when they all looked up.
"You look great Chrissy!" Justin exclaimed.
"I know." Christina said, covering the shyness and nervousness she felt.
"Here's your script." Ryan said, handing it to her. "Yours is just an overview because you don't have any parts today."
Christina frowned and open to the first page.
Opening: Dale, Britney, and JC introduce the show.
Call Waiting
Lindsey, Nikki, TJ, and Tony
Lindsey and Nikki are waiting anxiously by the phone for Tony to call Lindsey when TJ enter to use the phone. Nikki and Lindsay try to keep the phone free and end up ripping the cord out of the wall and getting tied up with it. Tony then shows up at the door.

"I don't have any big roles today. And I look *so* good!" Christina burst out laughing with the others.
