Brownies:
I like to cook things from scratch, but as we all know it is much easier to buy mixes from the store. So, go out and buy your favorite brownie mix. You will probably need 2-3 eggs, 1/4-1/2 cup of oil and as much as a cup of water. You will also need 1/4 -1/2 of weed, depending on your tastes and how much you have available. Make sure you clean out all of the beaners and stems before cooking. If you have a coffee grinder or blender, you should grind the weed to a fine powder. This helps it mix with the oil and you avoid getting chunks of bud in your brownies. Pour the oil needed for the brownies into a small frying pan and add your weed. Use a spatula (a rubber one works best) and mix well. Turn the flame a little higher than simmer and let the ingredients warm up for a few minutes. Make sure you keep an eye on it as you do not want it to burn. Turn the flame to simmer and let the oil and weed become one. If you see whisps of smoke rising from the pan, remove immedietly and let cool for a few seconds. The smoke means the weed is burning and precious THC is disappearing. You may need to add a few extra teaspoons of oil to the pan as some does evaporate. After the weed is mixed with the oil (it shouldn't take more than 20minutes), let the oil cool and then proceed in making the brownies as per the instructions on your brownie mix box. When finished, you should have very tasty brownies that will get you stoned, depending on how much weed you added. Remember, the more you add, the higher you will get. This also works when you are cooking anything that needs oil. Marijuana is oil based so it mixes very well with it. You can use weed-oil for any recipie. |
