| As I take one last look I stare at my reflection. All I can see is hate filled eyes Now all I feel is pain Take me away, take me to a better place All I want is to feel sane Why does everyone look at me? Why can't they leave me be? As I look up into the sky I see a snow white dove Looking so peaceful as it flys Reminds me of the love I have for you Makes me wonder why I'm not in your arms Its where I feel I should I should be There is no switch to take away the dark. There is no sun to warm my cold body There is no pills to take away the pain All there is the skinny lifeless body called mine. All it would take is just one gust of wind To blow me away and I would never return To this place |
