Are you afraid of sharks? Do they terrify you?
Did you know that more people are killed each year by pigs then by sharks? It’s true! Even man’s best friend, the dog, kills more people than sharks.
Scientists have statistically proven that more people are killed each year by lighting, car crashes, and our own-other humans.
Between approximately 50 and 60 attacks occur each year. When everyone got frantic and scared over the summer a few years ago from the few - maybe 6 shark attacks, they didn’t realize that it was the normal amount of attacks, that we have each year. Of the typical attacks, close to around 15 are fatal. All the others will walk away with maybe a scar as well as a memory. The rest of the site contains information about my favorite--sharks!
