| Star Darius Applauds A Capital Start To UK Tour |

| SCOTS singer Darius Danesh today spoke of his delight at kicking off his tour in the Capital. Speaking today with Forth One�s Boogie and Vicky on the breakfast show, the former Edinburgh University student - who is set to release his new single Girl on the Moon - said he relished every minute of Sunday�s sell-out gig at the Playhouse. He said: "The Playhouse was amazing, it was great to kick off the tour in Scotland." He also added he was happy he had not taken part in Fame Academy because he was pleased David Sneddon, another Scot, had scooped first place. He said: "I�m glad I wasn�t on Fame Academy because I�m glad that David Sneddon won." He added: "Having someone from Scotland flying the flag for pop music is great. Scotland has a culture of great music and there�s maybe been a bit of a lapse. "For me to be given the opportunity and then David coming along has been fantastic." Vicky then prompted Darius to reveal if he had kissed any celebrities but Darius was reluctant to tell . He said: "It would be rude for me to reveal the latest celebrity snog as I would have to consult her first, but I can exclusively reveal that I snogged one of Robbie William�s ex-girlfriends before she ever met him".
