South Park has gone anti-terrorist crazy! Not wanting to breathe in Anthrax, Butters tries to hold his breath in lieu of a gas mask. But, he passes out before he can get on the bus.
The boys attend scouts, Butters is happy to see them there. Also helps out with a cake bake sale (see pictures.)
School photos are taken and Butters gets grounded because his hair sticks up and his parents make him wear a paper bag over his head because he pulls 'stupid faces'. We first see some some strange behaviour from Butters parents in this episode, hinting at child abuse.
