Altoona RailFest 2003 was a BIG SUCCESS!!!. All the Members of The Independent Live Steamers that attended last year were present again this year with their locomotives. But it was a little different this year, we had a total of 5 PRR Steam Engines, 1 Reading RR Steam Engine, 1 PRR Diesel, and 1 PRR Doodle Bug. There also was 2 steam engines on display, a 1-1/2 " Scale Q-2 and a 1 " Scale T-1. All the trains that were running at the museum yard are all 1-1/2 " Scale. Everything went great. We would like to Thank everyone who attended and made this possible again this year. See All You Wonderful Men & Women Next Year.
