Chapter 16
Susan logged off of her laptop and walked into the bus. She wasn�t surprised to see everybody staring at her. She looked to Scott and saw him looking away.
�Look guys�I�m sorry of the things I said earlier, especially to Scott, but I just don�t want you to see the things I�ve written yet, I hope you can understand that�
�It�s okay, I understand you, I�m sorry for looking on your screen�
�You couldn�t know so it�s okay�
Susan knew that the others had forgiven her and she walked to the back of the bus to put her laptop away. She remembered that she had to ask the others about Liz so she walked back to them.
�Guys?�
Everyone turned to her so she had the full attention of everyone
�I talked to my best friend today and she wanted to come by Saturday�is that okay by you?�
�I don�t think that any of us does have any problems with that�but you have to ask Chris also�
�Okay, does anybody know where he�s now?�
�I know, I�ll walk with you�
Abs walked out the bus, followed by Susan.
�Susan?�
�Yeah?�
�Is Liz your friend were you were talking about?�
Susan laughed and looked to Abs.
�Yeah, she�s�you like her, don�t you?�
�I think I do�I like her as much you can do if you have spoken to someone for 10 minutes�
�That�s cool! Well�let�s hope that Chris is okay by the idea of Liz coming by�
�Did I hear my name?�
They saw Chris coming out of another bus and he came walking towards them.
�Yeah, you did�I was hoping that you could do me a favor�
�What can I do for you?�
�I called with my best friend today and she asked if she could come visit me Saturday�is that fine by you?�
�It is as long as she wont act like a crazy fan who�s bothering the boys�
�She wouldn�t do that, so it�s okay by you?�
�Yeah, it is�
�Okay, thank you Chris!�
�You�re welcome�
Susan and Abs walked back to the bus and Susan grabbed her cell-phone.
�Do you mind it if I call Liz now?�
�No, I don�t�
Susan dialed her number and waited till Liz would pick up the phone.
�Hello?�
�Hey Liz!�
�Hey Susan! This is already the second time this day that you�re calling�missing me?�
�Terrible�and that�s why you�re coming to visit me Saturday!�
�Who says that I want to visit you?�
Liz tried to sound mean, but it didn�t really work.
�I do!�
The girls laughed at their own joke and Abs looked strange to Susan.
�Okay, okay�I guess I see you in a couple of days then�
�I�ll pick you up at the station, byebye�
�Byebye�
Susan looked to Abs and remembered something.
�Hey Abs?�
�Yeah?�
�Where�s wackawackadoo standing for?�
Abs began to laugh and it took a while before he calmed down.
�Are you sure you wanna know?�
�Yeah, I�m�
�It�s something Sandy came up with�but I don�t know exactly what it means, I believe it�s something about our crazy minds�
�Right�but she�s right about that, you�re all crazy!�
�I think I�ll take that as a compliment�
They laughed and walked into the bus.
The others gave them a quick look before continuing with what they were doing.
Susan walked towards Ritchie and kissed him on the lips. He hugged her and Susan sat down besides him. The others looked to them and smiled.
�You two make such a cute couple don�t you think?�
Susan blushed about what Sandy said but the others agreed.
�It�s true, you do! It�s sad that the world can�t know about you two�
Susan and Ritchie looked to each other and they saw the pain in each others eyes, although they hadn�t spoken about it yet they knew that they found it both very hard that they had to keep their relationship a secret.
�Well�once they�ll know about us, but it�s just not the right time to go public�
That made Susan even sadder and Ritchie grabbed her hand.
�Come on Susan, we�re going to make a walk�
Susan followed him and looked worried to him.
�Ritchie? What�s wrong?�
�You know�I just realized that I know nothing about you, you know a lot about me, but what do I know about you? I don�t even know your last name�
�It�s Parker�
�Huh?�
Ritchie looked confused to her.
�That�s my last name�and if you want to know something you just have to ask and I�ll tell you�
�Tell me something about your family and friends�
Susan suddenly looked sat and she knew that she had to tell him.
�Well�my parents died in a car accident when I was 16 so I don�t have much to tell about them�
�I�m sorry�
Ritchie grabbed her hand and tried to understand how hard it must be for her.
�I have one little brother, he has a disease and he needs special care and most of the year he�s away from home�
Ritchie didn�t realize that life was so hard for her and felt sorry for her.
�My friends are great, you�ll meet Liz Saturday, we�re friends since we�re young and know everything about each other. We hang out with the same group and well�I think I can call the most in that group my friends�
�I can�t wait to meet Liz�I�m glad you told me this, it�s really important for me to know stuff about you and I�m glad that you trusted me enough to tell me about your parents and brother�
�You wouldn�t be my boyfriend if I didn�t trusted you and I think that you should know those things, I still think a lot about my parents and I care deeply for my little brother�you should meet him, he�s really sweet!�
�I would love to meet him! Do you think it�s possible with his disease?�
�It is�he would love you too! I was thinking of visiting him Sunday�do you want to go with me?�
�Sure�
�Okay, then you�ll meet him Sunday�
