| May flew by quickly....it was spent packing, studying for finals, and hanging out with friends before we'd be splitting up for the summer. Third floor had a surprise party for Sam since she won't be returning to UWGB in the Fall (she's transfering to UW-Milwaukee instead). I went and played tennis with Rebecca, Maddie, and Jenny on the 10th. It was a beautiful day for tennis because it was sunny and a nice temperature. Unfortunetly, Maddie is moving to Missouri with her family this summer, and Jenny will be transfering to Platteville, so I will miss them. I had Coldstone ice cream twice in the last two weeks of school. It is the most fabulous ice cream because they have some awesome flavors, then you get to decide what kind of candy and chocolate stuff you want mixed into it, and they mix it with these silver paddle/scoop things. Matt, James, Nikki, Sam, Amy, and I went out to dinner at Los Banditos one night. We waited forever to get a table, but we had a lot of fun together. It was a night full of laughs and worth waiting around for. I had finals the week of May 9th through the 12th. Then Mom came and picked me up on the 13th. We had to carry all of the stuff I had accumulated over the school year down several flights of stairs, so we definitely got a work out. It was really sad to see everyone leave and go to their home cities- I will miss everyone over the summer. We got really close at the end of the year, and I am going to be lonely without them! |
