To make this crossword puzzle board, I created the puzzle at http://puzzlemaker.school.discovery.com Then I took my white squares to the die cutter and cut out the letters I would need.
As you can see, I used the negative image for my board.
I saved the actual letters for another project.
Since I was making this board for a looping class, I posted "clues" which are little blurbs about the students. The giant pencil on the door reads "We're sharp students!" and as the kids came in for registration they all signed the door and wrote notes for the other students to read. |
