Procedures of becoming nationless

• Campaign and distribute the “Nationless World” idea to the whole world. Spread, repeatedly emphasize the idea until everyone understand and agree.
• UN and current government of all countries are temporary government until we are ready for the first World Election.
• Select the “Liberation (Peaceful) Day” that all soldiers of all countries will withdraw from bordering areas. (Shortly after that they will become police. Details have to be discussed.)  It maybe the same day as the UN starts acting as World Federal Government, and everyone can believe that the world is now nationless.
• Governing system should be democracy. May have to keep on being capitalism. But with more understanding of sharing to social.
• Endorse the use of standard currency and standard language (English, at first).
• There will be many, and large, government lands and islands, which are public lands.
• States may later be adjusted to be even-sized.
• Federal government consists of members from several states (Well, up to the election anyway.)
• Federal Govt. and Local (State) Govt. are elected separately.
• People are free to believe in any religions or choose none at all.
• Make laws that are fair and indiscriminative. à The World Law … world wide vote/agreement.
• Local languages and culture are conserved.
• There will be only little changes at first.
  • Most people will be given same salary as before.
  • Land owners (private or governmental) still own their lands.
• However, later the world will gradually change to make everyone fairly equal in all aspects.
• Issue World ID to everyone.
• We may not get agreement from everyone in the world, but, at least, we need agreements from majority of every country.
• UN should be responsible to collect agreements of majorities on unification of countries (Nationless World).
