Nationless World Governing

• Every human beings are citizens of the world.
• One federal government, and many local governments.
• Federal government make world policies, summarize data from local governments.
• Local government shall have freedom in governing, budgeting.
• Governing may not change much, except there's no more soldiers.
• People are free to move, to live anywhere on earth.
• Local governments collect taxes, share some to federal govt.
• Federal government manage budget so that there's fairly equal development in all states.
• Governments try their best to have true agreement from majority in the world. (Governments should be more like coordinators than leaders.)
• Soldiers become policemen. No armies. No military.
• States’ boundaries are clear.
• Use one World currency unit.
• One formal language. But conserve other languages as well. Languages may be mixed in the future.
• May have zoning system in land utilization.
• Everyone (adults) has equal right in voting.
• Use democracy for governing, or whatever agreed by majority voice.
• People are taught to "love", "be satisfied", "be free from desire", "do good", "use reasoning", "know rules of nature", "be with present", and "be happy all the time".
