| Barney (John Ritter) is the blacksheep of a rich family. He falls in love with Elanor (Mel Harris) at a family Christmas party. She in uniterested in Barney and becomes interested in his brother instead. This only leading to fights between Barney and Elanor. Barney later gets drafted into the army and leaves state. 27 years later he comes back home for his father's funeral. While he is back home, he runs into Elanor for the first time in years. The two being reunited only causes more friction between them. |
