A study at the Curtin University of Technology in Australia focused on 254 Chinese women with ovarian cancer and found that green tea has 50% of preventative and 60% of growth-reducing effect on cancerous cells. As a result of the study, the researchers recommend drinking at least one cup of green tea daily.
