Master P- Gameface: I have to start this review off the right way and say that Timbaland, Dr.Dre and The Neptunes do not produce any tracks for this album. I have been a fan of Master P since he dropped "The Ice Cream Man" album, he followed that album with "Ghetto D" and "The Last Don". Everything that Master P has dropped since those albums has been not up to his previous hit making ability. Now we have "Game Face" which seems to pick up where "Ghetto Postage" left off with trash beats and weak ass lyrics. The only track I like on this album is "The Block" which has a tight beat and Master P puts it down with some ill verses, other than that this album is weak. When Master P first came into the rap game he was straight up thug/dope dealing music and now his music sounds like something you would hear in an mixtape album, with the fast beats and all. I think the well has run dry for P, and I think he was right in retiring the first time, because he will never be able to capture the success that he enjoyed with "The Last Don". 4 OUT OF 10

Mystikal- Tarantula: Although Mystikal has a different style since his departure from No Limit, his music has really evolved into more of a "bounce" type of style. His style on No Limit was more gangsta rap, but that is not to say that this new style on this album is not banging because it is. Tracks like the title track and "Settle The Score" showcase Mystikal's unique and break neck style. The production is the best he has ever had on any of his previous albums, as Rockwilder, KLC, Scott Storch, and Juvenile himself drop the pure heat. Looks like Ludacris has some competition as to who the real "Prince Of The South" is. 8 OUT OF 10

Ruff Ryders Vol 3: After listening to ruff ryders volume 1 & 2 , you would expect this album to be incredible, however this album is a solid piece of work it does not match the energy of the first 2. Volume 1 & 2 were so good because it was mostly Ruff Ryder members. The first 2 albums were mostly produced by swizz beatz, while the third album had 2 or 3 songs produced by him. This album seems like it is produced for clubs and cars rather than the gangsta rap fan. Drag-On and Fiend really impressed me the most on this album. Drag On's lyrics have vastly improved since his first album which bombed and Fiend really fits in well with the other members. Eve, The Lox, and DMX all come correct as usual and guests like Tha Eastsidaz, Ludacris and Bubba Sparxxx also bring da ruckas. Overall, a very solid album, but the album does not have a sure fire banger like the first 2. 8.25 OUT OF 10
