NoFx has been around since sometime in 1983 and, since they have been all about political punk rawk and having a blast. Their first release as a band was Maximum RockNRoll, followed by Liberal Animation (which was produced by Mr. Brett of Bad Religion). S&M Airline, Ribbed, White Trash, Two Heebs and a Bean, Punk In Drublic, Heavy Petting Zoo, So Long and Thanks for All the Shoes, Punp up the Valuum(deliberatly misspelled), 45 or 46 Songs that Weren't Good enough for Our Other Records, and the newest War on Errorism all follow the text book minute or so long, three cord punk stlye they laid down in the begining. I heard They Suck Live is obviously a recording of several very good live shows, and the Rancid/NoFx Split features NoFx covering six Rancid songs and Rancid covering six NoFx songs(the Rancid version of Vanilla Sex is fantastic.. and the NoFx version of Radio is, arguably, better than the original.) They also have many EPs and most are easy to find. I've seen these guys live and their live shows make the outstanding albums plae in complarison. In my opinion, Pump Up the Valuum is a must have for anyone who is truely in.
