RULES / REGULATIONS
1.  Weigh-ins are on the honor system. 
2.  Weigh-in every TUESDAY at the same time and on the same scale if you can.  Make sure you are consistent with how you weigh (clothed or naked as a jaybird).
3.  Report your weight to me through the EMAIL each Tuesday.
4.  Weights will not be posted for everyone to see, but your PERCENTAGE OF WEIGHT LOSS will.  Example:  If you weighed 200 lbs last week and lost 2 pounds the next week, you're percentage of weight loss would be 1.00%.
5.  These percentages will be posted and kept each week for you and everyone involved to review.
