Rules

These are rules and guidelines on how to play the game. Please read all of them.

General
G.1 Members are to be active. At the end of every month every member must e-mail me there money and horse status. Read more about this in the bank section.

G.2 Members start with 300,000 EM's (IES money). Members are expected to keep track of their own money. If you would like a bank account on the member board e-mail Alissa ( [email protected] ) or Taite ( [email protected] )

G.3 Members must be an imtermediate to advanced sim game player in e-mail based sim games. Games like Horseland, Hayland, Virtual Horse Ranch, White Oak Stables, or any ProBoards games AREN'T e-mail based.

G.4 Upon joining you are given 10 free "creation credits" or credits used to make up horses. All other credits must be won or bought.

G.5 To join you MUST have valid e-mail address. If you want you can create one on hotmail, yahoo, or any other free e-mail site.

G.6 No harrasment, cheating, lieing, bad language, or of the sort. Also please NO CHAIN LETTERS to other members using their e-mail.

Horses
H.1 All horses must be boarded at a public stable or your own stable at least a week after being born/created.

H.2 Horses must go to the vet once every other month and get a regular check-up. They must get all vacines once every six months. Horses must go to the farrier every other month and get feet trimmed. Shoes are NOT required.

H.3 Horses age one year on the day they were born, sold or created, that means they age one year every real year. Speed aging is allowed, but your horse cannot be older than their sire or dam.

H.4 Members get two creation credits per month.

H.5 Gestation is two weeks and once a foal is born it must be registered. You may chose gender, color, and name, but it's breed must be the same as parents or crossed as parents are. For example arabianxarabian= arabian, arabianxpinto= pintabian, arabianxfjord= arabian/fjord cross (common sense)

H.6 All horses must be registered.

Stables
S.1 Members can open a stable at any time.

S.2 All stables MUST have a webpage or website that is NOT on proboards or another type of message board.

S.3 No expage allowed. Secret word on joining form is haon. You will not be accepted without it.

S.4 Stables must be approved under establishment approval.

S.5 All stables must have a disclaimer.

S.6 Stables must have enough bedding and feed for boarders and their own horses. Read under Feed/Tack for more information.

S.7 Multiple owners are allowed

S.8 Private stables can only hold personal horses, boarding stables can hold boarders and personal horses.

S.9 You are able to create shows if you own a stable. Shows also must be made on a webpage and the results must be too

Associations, Clubs, and Registries
ACR.1 Anyone can open a stable at any time.

ACR.2 All associations, clubs, and registries MUST have webage or website that is NOT on proboards ot any other type of message board.

ACR.3 Associations, clubs, and registries can be for breeds or disciplines.

ACR.4 Clubs and Assoctaions must hold at least one show a month

ACR.5 All sites must have disclaimers on them.

ACR.6 All sites must be approved under establishment approval.

Businesses
B.1 Members can open up businesses at any time.

B.2 All businesses MUST have webage or website that is NOT on proboards ot any other type of message board.

B.3 Businesses are tack shops, feed shops, or sites like picture personalizing.

B.4 All sites must have disclaimers.

B.5 Businesses must be approved under establishment approval.

Trainers/Training
T.1 All horses must be trained in their event in order to enter a show.(Look under stables for more information on shows)

T.2 To become a trainer you must first be approved by the owners(under establishment approval), and if you are, then you may create a webpage.

T.3 Your page must be approved by either Taite or Alissa.

T.4 The training levels that must be included on your page are:
-Ground Level
This must consist of basic ground training (no riding) for the specific event.
-Beginning Level
This consists of basic under saddle training (walk, trot, canter) in the specific event.
-Intermediate Level
This consists of more intricate under saddle training working on specfic moves for specific event(ie. hunter/jumper cavelettis, cross-rails, up to 2'0". Reining circling, beginning sliding stops. Reasonable actions within intermediate level of training for event)
-Advanced Level
This consists of higher level training of event. (ie.dressage leg yields, piaffes. Trail water crossings, obstacles, endurance.)
-Championship Level
This is when your horse is expert in specific event and can compete at highest level well.

T.5 Horse can only be trained in up to five different disciplines

-3 Day Eventing (counts as three disciplines-show jumping, cross country, dressage)

-Cross-Country

-English Pleasure/Western Pleasure(counts as one)
-Halter
-Driving
-Racing

Point System:
1st Place :: 20 pts :: $10,000
2nd Place :: 10 pts :: $5,000
3rd Place :: 09 pts :: $4,000
4th Place :: 08 pts :: $3,000
5th Place :: 07 pts :: $2,000
6th Place :: 06 pts :: $1,000

Vets and Farriers
VF.1 Members can open up vet/farrier place at any time.

VF.2 All vet/farrier businesses MUST have webage or website that is NOT on proboards ot any other type of message board.

VF.3 Vets must have regular check ups and vacines, Farriers must have regular trimming and shoeing.

VF.4 All sites must have disclaimers.

VF.5 Vet/Farrier must be approved under establishment approval.

Tack/Feed
TF.1 All horses must have proper tack to show in their discipline

TF.2 One bale of any hay, alfalfa, or grass bales lasts one horse two months.

TF.3 One bucket of any sort of grain or bran or medicine such as bute must be at least 10 pounds which will last one horse one month.

TF.4 10lb bags of any feed last one horse one month

TF.5 40lb of any bedding last one horse one month
