| I was eating lunch with league Commisioner Jeff Sacks and he asked me between bites of carefully packed deli meat sandwiches (courtesy of Joan Sacks) and he asked me, "Why did you all of a sudden decide you didn't like ILB?" Its not that I don't like ILB, there's nothing I don't like about ILB. There is so much that ILB has to offer. It is more then a baseball league. I believe it is a part of all the people involved in it and that is why I have decided to again write for ILB Weekly. These are all the things I love about ILB. I love walking down the hallway of GBS and hearing Dan Parsell scream "Sim, Sim, Sim," in an indescribable voice. I love listening to daily accusations of Jeff Sacks cheating although no one has proof. I love the fact that people not involved with ILB want desperately to get involved. I love getting IMs from 5 people saying how good my article. I love getting IMs from 13 people saying how stupid my Curt Gear article was. (the only person not to hate it was Mike LaCassa) I love the unrestricted bashing of ILB owners' significant others. I love the pennent races and the live sims relayed through a car phone. I love ILBSIM.COM! I love being back. It's great to be back. |
