The Ila Volunteer Fire Department is located off Highway 98 West just outside the four-way stop in the city of Ila, Ga. The station itself is unmanned, however, there are usually EMS technitians available.

Our meeting times are every second and fourth Tuesday night in each month. Actual meeting times vary but are usually around 7:00 pm. Generally, the second Tuesday of each month is reserved for business and the fourth is reserved for training. If you would like to take a tour of the station or sit in on one of our meetings or even join the department, just come by during one of these times and we would be glad to help you in any way that we can. If you would like to join the department, there is an application and validation process as well as a probationary period to be endured.
