As student of Sensei Tsuyama he graduated from TakuDai (Takushoku University).
He is former representative of Japan in team kumite and WUKO All Japan Kumite Champion and winner of many medals on worlds level as Japans representative
Now he holds the rank of 7 dan IJKA and is Chief Instructor of IJKA-Japan Resshikan Honbu Dojo in Kumamoto.
Also Okazaki Sensei is Techniqual Adviser of the IJKA-Macedonia Shidokan Honbu Dojo in Ohrid.
