Andrew McMath, 16 years old is the lead singer for iJAM.
He is a sophomore in his high school chorale. Andrew sings at Simsbury High School with a men's acapella group called the "C" men, and a select vocal ensemble called Simsbury Singers. He loves performing onstage and has been cast as Rapunzel's Prince - Into the Woods, Javert - Les Miserables, Steward - Cinderella and most recently, played Captain Hook in Mary Martin's Peter Pan. Andrew has been singing his whole life and loves performing in musicals, plays and concerts.
Andrew has played on Simsbury High's Varsity soccer team since his freshman year; he was one of the first freshmen to make it onto the Varsity team. He also plays soccer with a premiere team based out of Farmington, and competes with Connecticut's Olympic Development Soccer Team.
Andrew wishes to pursue a career in Law Enforcement by becoming a New York City S.W.A.T. officer. He "has no idea about college," other than the fact that he wishes to attend one. iJAM means a lot to Andrew and he hopes that with hard work and dedication they will go far and become famous.
