ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING

Dear members,

The Annual General Body Meeting of the Indian Institute of Metals, Mumbai Chapter will be held at Hotel Jewel of Chembur, 1st Road, opposite BMC Office, near Natraj cinema, Chembur, Mumbai 400 071 on Saturday, 28th August, 2004 at 1900 hrs to transact the following agenda:

1.    Confirmation of the minutes of the previous AGBM

2.    Presentation of the Annual Report

3.    Presentation of the audited statement of accounts

4.    Election of new office bearers

5.    Propose a slate for the next year

6.    Appointment of the auditor

Contributory dinner for the AGBM members as well as their families/guests will be organized. Members contribute Rs 50/- each and Rs 75/- for every family member/guest.

Kindly confirm your participation in the AGBM as well as the dinner in advance by paying the contribution to Hon. Treasurer (25595670), Chairman (9820694119), Secretary (25768511) or Dr A. K. Tiwari (32994312). You may pay on the spot after a telephonic conformation to either of the above. A prior confirmation is emphasised.

A cultural programme is also being organized for the members as well as their families.
