Platform - win32. (Works for us on Win XP, Win2000. ..shouldnt be any problem on Vista too)
Freeware. You are free to use, distribute, copy, cut and paste...
No istallation required. Runs directly from iPod drive.
iTuner will find all mp3 files on iPod and add links into iPod_Control database. So you be able to use iPod shuffle independently on iTunes as people use others mp3 players.

How to use:

- move iTuner.exe on IPOD drive (any place)
- copy your music mp3 files on IPOD (any place as well)
- run iTuner.exe
