HOW TO GET ANSWERS FROM GOD FOR YOUR PRAYERS?

By Dr. John Williams

1. INTRODCUTION
In one sense, there are only two kinds of prayers. Prayers that are answered, and prayers that are not answered. If your prayers are not answered, there must be a good reason, and by the same token if your prayers are answered, there must be a good reason also.
God says in Isaiah 1:18: "Come let us reason together"
Our God is a reasonable, just and righteous God.
God wants to bless us;
God hears all of our prayers;
God wants to answer all of our prayers;
God has promised to supply all of our needs;
God has promised to give the desires of our hearts;
God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we can ask or think ( Ephesians 3:20)
God wishes that we must prosper and be in health even as our soul prospers (III John 2);
God is able to perform what he has promised;
Gods ears are not deaf that he cannot hear, and neither are his hands shortened that he cannot give.;
God owns the earth and the fullness thereof;
God owns the Silver and Gold; and God owns the cattle and thousands of hills.

Further we are the heirs of God, and joint heirs together with Jesus Christ, and he has suffered, paid a heavy price and died on the cross for providing everything that we need for this life and eternity, including salvation, eternal life, peace, joy, long life, divine health, divine protection and safety, divine supplies and provisions etc. We can appropriate all these blessings by meeting the scriptural conditions. Every promise of God is a conditional.

If some people are not getting answers for their prayers, the reason is obvious. They are not meeting the conditions of the promises. In other words, God has no good reason to answer their prayers. As a mater of fact God cannot and will not do things contrary to his own words. In a way, it is so easy to get answers from God for our prayers, because if we meet the conditions for the promises of God, we can appropriate those promises. The solution for getting answers to our prayers, is in our hand.
