| Iguanas LOVE to soak in the tub! How long do they need to soak? Everyday is good, and from about 10 min. to about 45 min. at the longest. This gives them plenty of chance to Go potty, and really relax. As soon as they do their duty.... We rince it out, and put some clean water in the tub for the soaking session. |

| Sitting in a window sill is a favorite past time, for Iguanas. However sitting IN the window, does not give them as much UVB as they really need. The reason is that the glass cuts out some of the rays they need. So even IF you let them sit in the sunshine, Like Zilla is doing here, you WILL need to let them sit under the light as well. Iguanas NEED about 6 hours of artificial sunshine, or at least 2 hours of REAL sunshine, NOT filteres by GLASS. |
