1. Rules which for regular chatters and visitors applicable for an operator should be properly followed.

2. A channel operator should always monitor the activities on the channel especially when there's no other operator online.

3. He or she should be properly guided, and implements all the channel rules.

4. In case of the following violation of the channel rules by chatter: Advertisement, slight malicious words, flooding, and debate - a channel operator should privately issue a Warning!!! If the chatter doesn't stop, banned and kick will be the consequences.

5. Whenever problems or misunderstandings may arise, an operator should always be in between both parties. And, whenever possible, a channel operator should properly handle and arrange misunderstandings.

6. Banned and kick penalty should be done to those chatters who will send malicious terms or words on the channel. No need to issue a warning in this case.

7. A chatter giving disinformation or misleading everyone online our channel should be banned and kicked.

8. Power abuse of an operator will lead to operator exclusion.

9. For SOP's: Akick will be implemented to those chatters who violated rules for more than 3 times and to those who are violent and aggressive chatters.

10. For SOP's: AOP adding should only be for those chatter who are qualified from being an operator - He or she must be more than 3 months chatter on our channel and should be often online. Channel rules obedient and capable of handling channel situations. Responsible in taking care of his or her Nick password and confidential information. He or she should hold integrity, be an open personality and should belong to the right way. Note: Added AOP should be informed to our channel founder.
