Be sure that
you are using an mIRC client software.
At the server Window of your mIRC, type:
/server (server) port number
where: server
- any of the server on the list above.
port number - from port 6660-7002
E.g. /server
kernel-c.nj.us.dal.net 6660
/server acool-e.ga.us.dal.net 6667
